PAPER – THERMAL DIRECT

Paper labels are the most cost-effective method of labelling and barcoding your products. Paper labels, by their nature, are not recommended for exposure to moisture and extreme sunlight.

Usage

Thermal Direct paper labels are highly recommended for use in tracking freight, identifying stock and consignment items. Thermal Direct paper labels are recommended for indoor use only.

The WPAP350-102X150D label is your default 102mm (W) x 150mm (H) (4" x 6") shipping/freight label, that is used in warehouses and by freight companies across Australia for tracking inventory.

Thermal Direct

Thermal Direct labels are made for short to medium term use and do not require a ribbon. Thermal Direct labels are chemically treated to react to heat produced from a print head. The heat then burns the image onto the label surface. Due to the printing method, they are cost-effective and designed for indoor use.

Image Quality

Thermal Direct labels are meant for short-term use. Over time, image quality will deteriorate from exposure to light and heat. Thermal Direct labels will eventually fade which will prevent effective barcode scanning.

Compatible Printers

The WPAP350-102X150D has a 25mm core so it can be used in a range of desktop printers such as:

Zebra range of barcode printers – GK420 Series, GX420 Series, ZD420 Series, LP2844 Series

Intermec / Honeywell Range of barcode printers – PC4t3 Series, PC23 Series, PC43 Series, PC42 Series

The WPAP350-102X150D has certified gap widths between labels to ensure compatibility with leading printer models listed above. Our labels have guaranteed quality face stock and use only quality adhesive.

Each roll will have 350 labels with a width of 102mm (4 inches) and a height of 150mm (6 inches).
